Info from Licensor: "As I passed by the area, I saw this dove spinning around helplessly. So I decided to take some time to free the dove from the plastic bag... hoping to make a friend that day... the dove and I stayed with each other (at a distance) for about 5 minutes, and he walked away and I continued my jog..."
