Police Arrest Man For No License When He Insists He Has One

Occurred on March 12, 2019 / Washington, District of Columbia, USA

Info from Licensor: "The police and my brother both came to a stop at an intersection. By the time the police got to my brother, he was parking his car. They initially pulled him over for a broken tail light, which you couldn't see. After everyone started coming out of their homes, they pulled him out of his car without probable cause. There was nothing wrong with the taillights and they then said he didn't have a license, which he was telling them in the video, "It's in the truck! You searched his car but not the trunk, why is he getting locked up for not having a license when you're not letting him or another officer get it. The officer pushed his face in the ground. He lost 6 dreads when they came down on his legs."
