Info from Licensor: I (Lee Cummins) was working out on Saturday Feb 19th morning in my girlfriend's house and decided to try a new exercise known as a ‘front lever’ (feet elevated, making the body horizontal). With my music in my ears and focus on the exercise, I did not take the regular precaution of holding the bar correctly and the rest is evident in the video. Large amounts of back pain, no internal damage, just bruising, all is good.
