Rare Giant Oceanic Manta Ray Spotted by Fisherman

Info from Licensor: "My friends and I were boating in the middle of the sea not far from the shore when I saw a jumping fish. I thought it was a marlin, so I approached to see it clearly. When I arrived at the place, I was shocked. It turned out to be a rare animal, so I videoed it. This animal usually lives in cold waters or when the water is murky, but fishermen around here say that this animal is not easy to find by anyone in this place.
