Retrieving Truck Fallen Halfway Through Ice Ends up Sinking

Info from Licensor: "We were ice fishing on Upper Red Lake in Northern Minnesota on December 7th. I noticed a truck that had broken through the ice and went halfway into the water. A person had come to pull the truck out of the water and upon doing so the framework ended up breaking apart and the truck fully submerged under the water."
