Rush-hour queues in Vietnam go on FOREVER

This was the astonishing scene during rush-hour traffic in Vietnam - with thousands of vehicles queuing for miles around.

The sea of cars and motorcycle riders were filmed waiting at a set of traffic lights in Hanoi, the capital, in the north of the country.

Even at each of the four roads after the junction, the traffic was bumper-to-bumper in every direction.

The chaotic scene was captured during the Monday morning commute (August 19) at around 8am as locals travelled to work.

Office worker Le Thi Mai Phuong who filmed the video said: ''I can't believe this was a Monday. I felt bad already just travelling through this traffic. And it was only Monday, the start of the week.''
