Sad scene on Toronto highway after someone whose car had mechanical problems is hit by another car
There were sad scene on Toronto highway 401 after someone was hit by a car, leaving them critically injured.
The person who was hit is believe to have been outside his vehicle after it experienced mechanical problems while driving on Canada's busiest highway. The car is believed to have been parked on the hard shoulder at the time.
The driver of the other car now faces serious criminal charges.
