Residents of Panama City, Florida, examine the damage caused to their neighbourhood after Hurricane Michael hit the region on October 10.

The category four storm knocked down trees and fences and ripped off façades of buildings in the Florida panhandle.

Hurricane Michael claimed 6 lives after passing through four states, and has since been downgraded to a tropical storm, but is still making its way north through North Carolina and Georgia.
