Seal pup, named Brian May, recovering after ingesting a plastic bag
A rescued seal is recovering in an animal sanctuary in Cornwall after eating a plastic bag earlier this month (November 2).
The seal, named Brian May after the guitarist from the legendary band Queen, was rescued at just five-weeks-old after being found severely malnourished on a beach.
Brian had superficial wounds and was taken to the Cornish Seal Sanctuary by rescuers from the British Divers Marine Life Rescue group.
