Singer from K-pop group Apink holds impromptu meet-and-greet with fans to boost father's new grocery store

A K-Pop band singer helped to give her father's new shop a boost with an impromptu meet and greet for her fans.

Bomi from the group Apink wanted to help her father who had just opened a shop in Suwon City, South Korea, after a nearby supermarket closed.

The singer held her fan signing inside her father's convenience store during the shop's grand opening on June 29.

Bomi's father put up a sign in front of his store announcing that his daughter would be at the opening and was soon bombarded with fans.

One Korean pop fan who attended the event said it was ''amazing to meet her celebrity hero''.
