Smartphone Unlocks With a Severed Finger

Info from Licensor: "Pavel said that he managed to unlock the Elephone S8 smartphone model with a cut off finger. A few months ago his father was injured, he cut off his finger with a circular saw. After that, the finger was put in the freezer, and after a while, Pavel decided to use it to test the fingerprint scanner on the smartphone. Pavel noted that he took a finger from the freezer and immediately tried to unlock the smartphone, but nothing came of it. After a few taps, the smartphone reported too many attempts. Then the author dipped his severed finger into a mug of warm water. According to Pavel, the smartphone’s sensor worked after bringing the temperature of the finger to room temperature."
