Snake caught struggling to swallow large frog in Thai kitchen
A snake bit off more than it could chew when it caught this giant frog.
The rat snake was seen behind the stove in a house in Pai, northern Thailand. It had the massive amphibian in its jaws but was struggling to swallow it.
Resident Tom Beroni watched with his daughter while the snake was dragged out onto the kitchen tiles. ''I think I disturbed the snake while it was eating lunch,'' he said.
Tom ushered the snake out into his yard where it spent the rest of the day finishing its meal.
