Snowboarder's Edge Catch Almost a Clear Backflip
Occurred on March 26, 2024 / Almaty, Kazakhstan
Info from Licensor: "That was my first season, I got distracted and turned around to look at the cameraman and instantly hit a bump. I didn’t injure, break, or seriously hurt myself, except for a twisted ankle (which popped out of the binding due to the pressure). I landed on my shoulder and hit the back of my head, but the helmet did its job. After the fall, I sat for a couple of minutes and then kept riding for the rest of the day. Off the snowboard, I do powerlifting and lift fairly heavy weights, so my body is well-conditioned. Take care of yourselves, and don’t ride without a helmet!"
