Info from Licensor: "A group of friends celebrated their Christmas lunch at a restaurant in Spain. One of the dishes on the menu was a ribeye steak. A friend ordered a seared ribeye, and when she started eating it, she realized it was a little undercooked. When she turned it over, they found it had only been half-cooked."
