Steam vapour clouds busy Manhattan rush hour streets
Rush hour pedestrians walked through steam clouds vented through stacks on the streets of Manhattan on January 3.
This video shows vapour rising up from the city's steam system, used to heat and cool buildings especially in this time of year.
The footage was filmed at hte intersection of Warren Street and Greenwich Street that evening.
