Strange Way to Transport Ladder Down Street
Occurred on July 28, 2020 / St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada
Info from Licensor: "I was driving my bike downtown when I saw the guy carrying the ladder, one end over his head and other end dragging on the ground. I pulled in a bit ahead of him to get a video as he walked by with it but there was a minute of silence before I heard him moving again. He then passed by dragging the whole thing flat on the ground."
