Stunning timelapse shows ice disk rotating in Westbrook, Maine

Stunning timelapse footage shows a rotating ice floe, about 100 yards in diameter, that has formed in the Presumpscot River in Westbrook, Maine.

The natural phenomenon has attracted "spectators, ducks and gulls," according to photographer Jack Milton, who captured the footage on Tuesday.

He noted that it appeared to be rotating in a counter-clockwise direction. "It looks like the moon has landed in Westbrook, Maine!" the city wrote on Twitter.
