Info from Licensor: "I was at Taco Bell in Lubbock, Texas getting my son and I something to eat. When I pulled through to the marque I saw the little village of prairie dogs and thought it was hilarious. Here in Lubbock they are more of a mascot or sacred animal than a pest."
