Truck Driver Pulled Over For Driving on Shoulder

Info from Licensor: "Traffic really backed up at the light to get onto 35W, and the pickup behind me used the shoulder. Problem was there were white pylons blocking him from making any right turn so he would have had to cut back into traffic and there was police ready to pull him over."
