Unsecured Ladder Bounces Along Freeway

Info from Licensor: "While driving on US Route 50 (El Dorado Freeway) heading from El Dorado Hills to Folsom, the car in front of me changed lanes and I ended up behind a construction truck who apparently forgot to tie down his ladder. The wind picked up as we went downhill and the ladder flew off, heading for my car."
