Info from Licensor: "6 of us went to this place and found this slide and thought it would be fun to slide down. We had boogie boards so we jumped into the water behind the slide Where it was deep, then we slid down the slide. As we were sliding down we saw little dips in the concrete which almost made us lose control. As we hit the water, the water flipped some of us over."
