US fighter jets twist and turn through the infamous 'Mach Loop' in Wales

This spectacular footage shows several America fighter jets going through the infamous Mach Loop in western Wales.

Various USAF (United States Air Force) F-15 fighter jets are seen twisting and turning through the Welsh valleys on August 1.

Several of the planes passing through the valleys are "fluffing up" as clouds appear as they fly past.

"Fluffing up means when there is good moisture in the air, as they [the planes] bank or are going fast, fluff comes off the plane. This does not happen too often as the moisture has to be right," the filmer told Newsflare.

The Mach Loop consists of a series of valleys and is used for low-level training areas by fast jet aircraft. It one of the only places where photographers can capture aircraft flying below them.
