Info from Licensor: "Sitting at our place at the Playa Bonita RV park in Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico. Weather was getting pretty bad and I looked out to the sea of Cortez and saw the new developing water spout. Got my phone camera on it and watched it get really thick and crowning."
