Volunteers in Toronto, Canada, packed emergency supplies for the homeless during the severe cold weather outbreak over the weekend.

Nonprofit Engage and Change worked to provide emergency kits to those on the streets and in shelters.

Much of eastern and central Canada was battered by a fierce winter storm that brought icy cold winds and as much as 50 centimetres of snow over the weekend.
