Who Fed The Dog Cheese Snacks?

Info from Licensor: "We got our goldendoodle Maggie 4 months ago, so she's still a young puppy who makes a lovely play companion for my 3-year old twins. Saturday afternoon is was a boring rainy day, so I told the twins they could have their favourite snack (doritos) after lunch.
As always, I reiterate 'No feeding the dog any of your food,' but Maggie LOVES cheesy things, so she adores dorito's. I ask the twins if they have fed her any crisps? 'No mummy' they said solemn-faced. Only Maggie's face and chin is bright orange!"
