Wild Kitty Naps under Rooftop

Info from Licensor: "I took lady to feed her feral cats and came across this cat. First I thought it was dead, but it would move its arms at times. I called the dog warden and fire department for help and while we were waiting, we found a neighbor with a ladder to check it out. By the time we came around, the building the cat was gone. I looked in the hole and found no sign of him. Apparently, he was taking a nap."
