Wildfires rage in Argentina’s Los Alerces National Park

Over one hundred firefighters are currently working to control a forest fire that broke out on Thursday in Los Alerces National Park, located in the Chubut province of southern Argentina. This park is a UNESCO World Heritage site in northern Patagonia, known for being home to massive alerce trees!
