Info from Licensor: "his dashcam footage was captured during a busy afternoon, around 6 PM. It shows the moment a woman's convenience became my inconvenience. She was walking with her trolley, and it appears she had already decided to abandon it. You can literally see the moment her few remaining brain cells fire, and she realizes she can just leave it right in front of my car. She lets the trolley hit my vehicle and goes on with her day.
