Woman Stubbornly Blocks Cars in Neighborhood

Info from Licensor: "Young woman stops her car in traffic to argue with another driver. The reason is unknown. Blocks 20 cars from moving and refuses to clear the way.
Video ends abruptly when dashcam powers off to save power. What the video doesn't show, is she continues to argue with more blocked drivers as they get out of there cars to see why they are being held up. After about 10 more minutes she just hops in her cars and speeds off as fast as she can. I hope whoever she is, she has a better day. Stay blessed!"
