Info from Licensor: "This is the moment we saw the water coming down Pembroke Dr. The strange thing is that we heard the rumbling of the boulders, rocks and debris coming down the gully in back of my house first before the water came down the street. The gully almost crested into my back yard. I am bummed I didn't get that video!"
