Bacon-Wrapped Turkey

Info from Licensor: "For the last 10 years or so, I have been wrapping my Thanksgiving turkey in bacon. I make a bacon butter in the food processor by adding a pound of bacon and a pound of butter and add sage, thyme and rosemary. After I make the butter, I put it between the skin and meat and all over the outside of the bird and wrap it in 3 pounds of bacon. With the leftover bacon butter, I melt it down, strain it and then inject that into the bird. Then wrap it in foil and cook it on my smoker to 165 degrees.
