Cherry blossom or "Sakura" peaks in Japan at Imperial Palace

The footage was filmed outside the Imperial Palace where thousands of people gathered to see the cherry blossom that lines the moat, which is now used for boating.
Japan's climate means that tree blossom in the country's springtime produces a beautiful display of colour.
