Chinese firefighters free man with arm trapped in noodle-making machine

Firefighters in Sanmenxia City in central Henan Province, freed a man whose arm was trapped in a noodle making machine.

Footage of the event, filmed in October 26, shows firemen tearing out the screws in the machine and then using a hydraulic spreader to force open a gap.

After 20 minutes, the man’s hand was taken out successfully.

The man got his hand stuck in the machine when he tried to pick up dough he'd dropped in it, the shop owner said.

The formerly trapped man was sent to hospital for treatment.
