Cow stampede blocks major UK road during rush hour
A bull and a herd of cows roam the eastbound side of the A30 motorway during rush hour, causing traffic to back up in south east England.
The video was taken near Exeter today (May 9) and was posted with the caption "Only in Devon."
According to local news reports, the cows broke through a near by fence and ran onto the road.
