Ingenious way to cross a flooded road
A student from the Philippines has a clever way of crossing a flooded road without getting wet.
Footage shows the student in his backpack and umbrella alternately stepping on plastic chairs so he doesn't have to dip his legs into the deluge.
Onlooker Janehisoler Macapaz saw what happened together with the other students who were stranded at a high school building in Iloilo City during tropical storm Falcon on July 16.
