Locals build 2019 snowmen to welcome the upcoming Chinese New Year
2019 snowmen have been erected on Ice and Snow Carnival in Harbin in northern China to welcome the upcoming Chinese New Year.
The spectacular video, filmed in the famed ice city in Heilongjiang Province on January 15, shows thousands of snowmen in different sizes being decorated with hats and scarves near Songhua River.
