Old man quarrels with protesters inside Hong Kong's Immigration Tower

There were chaotic scenes inside Hong Kong's Immigration Tower on Friday (June 21) as protesters gathered to block citizens from entering the government building.

In video filmed on Friday afternoon, a senior citizen is seen trying to enter the building but is prevented from doing so by protesters and ends up having some kind of quarrel.

"Block him, block him!" one voice can be heard saying.

Another says: "Let us protect you, OK? Let us protect you, uncle. There is nothing inside. They have finished work. Let people leave first, OK?"

Thousands of protesters gathered again on Friday demanding Chief Executive Carrie Lam resign and fully withdraw a contentious bill to allow extraditions to mainland China.

Some staged a sit-in inside Immigration Tower.
