Resident films devastated coastal area in Florida

Hurricane Michael left a trail of destruction after it ploughed into coastal areas of Florida on Wednesday.

Footage captured on October 10 shows a coastal road in Alligator Point completely destroyed.

The hurricane weakened to a storm and is now heading inland towards Georgia and the Carolinas.

Michael was the third most intense continental U.S. landfall by pressure and fourth strongest by maximum sustained winds on record. The storm has killed at least six people.
