Students take part in climate change protest on streets of Melbourne

Thousands of students across major Australian took to the streets to take part in climate change protests on Friday, November 30.

Students skipped school to highlight what they are calling inadequate climate policies by the Australian government.

This video, filmed on Bourke Street in Melbourne's CBD, shows students chanting and marching while holding up protest signs.

The prime minister, Scott Morrison, had earlier this week urged students this week not to take part and told them to be “less activist”.
