Chinese diners make nauseating discovery of another dead mouse in hotpot

Customers at a restaurant in southern China were put off their dinners completely after one found a dead mouse in the hotpot they were about to eat.

The shocking clip, shot in Chongqing City on November 4, shows a cooked baby mouse being retrieved from of a pot of soup at Da Long Hotpot.

The four diners told the restaurant owner when they found the mouse in their hotpot. However, the owner replied to them calmly: “Come to find me if you guys really got sick because of the food”.

The customers have since informed the local Industry and Business Administration, and the case was being investigated, according to local reports.
